【Handmade pound cake with dried fruits and whisky】
Produced by the Japanese culinary team at UKAI, the cake is steeped in Kavalan whisky infused with gold leaf and contains selected Yilan golden dates, smoked dried longan and handmade dried pineapple to create a harmonious layering of flavors and aromas.
