Carrie Chan
Chan is an illustrator. She studied advertising in college and worked as a copywriter in the real estate business for more than twenty years before she decided, in her middle ages, to realize her childhood dream and become an artist. She enjoyed the unpredictable relationship between the colors and the paper as she painted. In her youth, she had participated in the “Singles” illustration work for the Chicken Soup for the Soul series published by Morning Star Publishing, the illustration design work for the “Math-Thinking” program organized by the Humanistic Education Foundation, and the illustration work for the cover of the “Children’s World” published by the Taichung City Government. Therefore, she wanted to go back to painting.
