Dassai 39 Hanabie 720ml

As the name 'Hanabie' (chilly spring) suggests, this sake is best savoured lightly chilled to the temperature of "Hanamizuki" (around 10°C), allowing you to savour its exquisite taste. Once opened, it unveils an enchanting bouquet of floral and fruity notes, accompanied by a velvety texture, an elegant sweetness on the palate, a lingering aftertaste, and an overall invigorating flavour.

Dassai Umeshu 720ml

Released in limited quantities worldwide each year, this exquisite Dassai Umeshu is created using the finest matured Nanko plums from Wakayama Prefecture. It harmoniously blends the delicate and light-bodied nature of Dassai Junmai Daiginjo 23 with its splendid aroma and delightful sweet-and-sour flavour to create a plum liqueur masterpiece of the highest calibre.
